Word Rape
Devil's dances and streams of words unceasing (Birthed from hushed silence of peace existing between initial grief and calm reticence of afterthought [or anti-thought]) rambling together in tempting lies [Please, give me a break] stealing sleep [This is no longer catharsis, or even my own voice] stealing the escape from the route of escape and blurring recognition of [And distinction between] self and shadow past and present [This unwanted, uncalled-for timelessness] without purpose or promise but waiting for break and wear and tear and evidence of ruins and hearing the signalling crack and with all the stringy sentences the actual question is whether enough breath is left to shout [RAPE IN THE MIND'S PLAYGROUND]
